Our broad focus is in the information technology industry; more specifically we invest in software and information services businesses with substantial operating leverage as they grow, including:

We will consider all stages and transactions as described below. Our principal focus is on companies with revenues up to $50 million with accelerating revenue momentum. Our capital is typically used in the following situations:

Investment Size
We are currently investing nearly $500 million out of three funds under management. We actively seek unique opportunities for recapitalization or management buyout financing and will co-invest with trusted financial partners in larger transactions. We typically invest:
