Robin Dvorak
Robin Dvorak, Marketing Director, joined Updata in 2005, bringing over 15 years of global marketing experience in small, private companies as well as larger publicly-traded organizations across diverse technology sectors.
Prior to joining Updata, Ms. Dvorak was Managing Director, Programs at the Industrial Research Institute (IRI), a leading cross-industry business association of senior research and development executives. At IRI, she led a corporate re-branding initiative that increased member participation in key programs, achieved several technology-driven customer service improvements and improved operational profitability. Before IRI, Ms. Dvorak managed marketing and business development programs for a number of innovative technology start-up companies including Celcorp, Citadon, eGO Vehicles and Linguateq.
Earlier, Ms. Dvorak was Director of Marketing for American Power Conversion's (APC) desktop power solutions division. At APC, she managed marketing communications for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) product launches in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Ms. Dvorak began her career with AT&Ts Caribbean and Latin America division, where she spent eight years in consumer marketing and strategic planning roles for international long distance services.
Ms. Dvorak earned an M.B.A. from Duke Universitys Fuqua School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
