During their careers Updata team members founded, scaled, and managed leading software and IT businesses as CEOs or senior executives, and built an industry-leading information technology M&A advisory firm.  We collectively have led more than 20,000 employees, built and sold businesses exceeding $3 billion in shareholder value, and advised on more than 200 M&A transactions and IPOs.

Updata Partners currently manages nearly $500 million and counts top-tier institutions among our limited partners, including university endowments, pension funds, foundations, and funds-of-funds.
